Gogol Bhattacharya went to UC Riverside where he double majored in bioengineering and electrical engineer. Upon graduation, he joined KLA (formerly KLA-Tencor) as a High-Performance Computing Engineer. His work at KLA primarily focused on the development of the company’s first AI-powered product. He completed two Masters degrees: one from UCSF in Biomedical Imaging and another from Brown University focusing on Medical Sciences while maintaining his full-time employment at KLA. Upon graduation from Brown, he joined Intuitive Surgical where he worked for the Vision group in the Da-Vinci Single Port Endoscope group.
